Relating to reinstating driving privileges; and prescribing an effective date.

Abstract

Directs Department of Transportation to waive driving privilege reinstatement fee if driving privileges were suspended for failing to pay fine] certain traffic offenses. Sunsets January 2, 2023. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
